ALCA will carry out the façade works for Ekspozita Building, a 93-meter mixed-use development in Tirana designed by Mario Cucinella Architects. Inspired by the silhouette of the Balkan mountains, the project introduces a distinctive new presence to the city while combining residential and commercial functions within a dense urban setting.
The building is defined by inward-facing balconies, terraced greenery, and an integrated shading strategy. Designed with sustainability at its core, the development enhances comfort for residents and visitors while supporting lower energy consumption and a stronger relationship between architecture and nature.
Through this concept, Ekspozita Building creates a new urban oasis within Tirana’s evolving skyline, balancing architectural expression with environmental performance and bringing a new green presence to the city’s rapidly changing landscape.
ALCA will be responsible for the full façade scope, from engineering through manufacturing to on-site installation.
