ALCA is featured in issue 156 of THE PLAN through Tirana Vertical Forest, a residential tower in central Tirana designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti. The publication gives international editorial visibility to one of ALCA’s most technically distinctive recent façade projects.
The project combines glazing, aluminum, and integrated greenery within a 21-storey residential tower. For ALCA, it represents a complex façade scope shaped by custom system development, technical coordination, and the need to translate a highly specific architectural concept into a buildable envelope.
Developed in collaboration with METRA Building, the façade solution required custom aluminum profiles and project-specific components to respond to the tower’s geometry and performance requirements. The publication of Tirana Vertical Forest in THE PLAN strengthens ALCA’s visibility within an international architectural context and highlights the company’s façade engineering, manufacturing, and installation capabilities.
