ALCA will carry out the façade works for Vertical Forest Tirana, a residential tower designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti in central Tirana. The development consists of a 21-storey tower with four underground levels and 105 apartments, combining high-density residential use with vegetation integrated directly into the building envelope.
The project is defined by planted balconies and loggias that introduce greenery as a central architectural element. Designed as Albania’s first Vertical Forest, the tower brings together residential density, environmental performance, and a distinctive façade identity within one integrated concept.
ALCA will be responsible for the façade engineering, manufacturing, and installation of the building envelope. According to the company’s project information, the scope includes a 7,000 sq.m custom façade package with 550 sq.m of green surface integrated into the design, supporting the realization of one of Tirana’s most technically and architecturally distinctive recent developments.
