Located in Sampierdarena within the Fiumara complex in Genoa, the project involved renovating a 19th-century warehouse, previously used as a projectiles factory, into modern offices for Costa Container Lines. The renovation preserved the building's industrial heritage, maintaining its cast iron columns, wooden beams, and floors. The 7,000-square-meter space features a full-height central area with natural lighting, enclosed by a glazed roof and large windows supported by a metal structure, and steel bands highlighting the floors' sequence.
